Yes, completely. There is no premium tier and no in-app purchases. The app is supported by ads, some of which are optional and opt-in.
Do I need to create an account?
No. AllPS ROMs doesn't have accounts, logins, or profiles. Open the app and start browsing.
Does the app include an emulator?
No — AllPS ROMs is a catalog and downloader, not an emulator. After a download finishes, you pick from emulators already installed on your device (like DuckStation, NetherSX2, or PPSSPP) and the app hands the file off automatically. If you don't have one installed, we link you to the Play Store to get one.
Where do downloaded files go?
Straight to your device's Downloads folder (or a folder you choose in Settings), so you can find, move, or back them up with any file manager — no proprietary storage.
What's the rewarded ad before downloads for?
It's entirely optional. Watching a short ad unlocks a faster download link on larger files. You can also download at the standard speed with no ad at all.
