Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AllPS ROMs mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What AllPS ROMs Is

AllPS ROMs is a catalog and download utility for PlayStation (PSX), PlayStation 2 (PS2), and PlayStation Portable (PSP) game files ("ROMs"). The App helps you browse, search, and download game files, and hand them off to a third-party emulator application already installed — or available for installation — on your device.

AllPS ROMs is not an emulator. We do not develop, distribute, or control DuckStation, ePSXe, NetherSX2, AetherSX2, PPSSPP, PPSSPP Gold, or any other emulator referenced in the App. Those applications are made by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms and licenses.

AllPS ROMs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment. PlayStation, PSX, PS2, and PSP are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced here solely to describe compatibility.

2. Your Responsibility for Game File Legality

Copyright law governing video game ROMs varies by country, and in most jurisdictions, downloading or distributing copyrighted game files without authorization is illegal — even for games you own a physical copy of, unless local law provides a specific exception (such as personal backups you create yourself).

By using AllPS ROMs, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that downloading any given game file is lawful in your country and complies with applicable copyright law.
• You will only download games you already legally own, or that are otherwise lawfully available to you, where required by your local law.
• We do not verify game ownership and have no way to confirm your legal right to download any specific title.
• You will not use the App to acquire files for the purpose of piracy, unauthorized redistribution, or commercial exploitation.

If you are unsure whether downloading a particular game is legal where you live, consult local law or a legal professional before proceeding.

3. Copyright Complaints (DMCA and Equivalent)

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown requests. If you are a rights holder and believe a game listed in the App infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@allpsroms.com with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The specific game listing(s) in the App you believe infringe it.
• Your contact information and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

We will review valid requests and remove or disable access to the identified content as appropriate.

4. No Account, No Warranty on Content

The App does not require an account. Game files are provided "as is" from third-party content sources; we make no guarantee that any specific file will be complete, virus-free, region-correct, or compatible with any particular emulator or device. Always keep your device's security software up to date.

5. Advertising

The App is free to use and supported by advertising, including banner, native, app-open, and optional rewarded ads served through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are opt-in — you are never required to watch an ad to use the core functionality of browsing, downloading, or opening games with an emulator.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to violate any applicable law or third party's rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App beyond what is permitted by law.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App's catalog or download files at scale.
• Interfere with the App's ad delivery, analytics, or infrastructure.
• Redistribute downloaded game files commercially or at scale to others.

7. Third-Party Emulators and Links

The App may link you to the Google Play Store to install a third-party emulator. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or content of any third-party app or store listing, including changes made or removals by their developers after this App was published.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY LEGAL CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM DOWNLOADED GAME FILES OR THIRD-PARTY EMULATOR SOFTWARE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
